How to use the Microsoft Support and Recovery App

Often when installing the programme you have purchased new on our website, it can happen that it does not activate or that there are compatibility problems.

The number one cause is programs already installed on your computer that are still active, even if you think you have deleted them all. For this reason we now show you the steps to follow to uninstall all the programs you may have on your computer to ensure a successful installation of your new office.

Download the official Microsoft software for cleaning and troubleshooting, called: "Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant" (SARA).

Unzip and install the Microsoft program

Follow this step shown in the picture by clicking on "Office":



You will then arrive at this screen. Select the third option:



The last step is to select "Yes" because it is the affected computer:



Please do not interrupt the program while uninstalling Office programs on your computer. This can take up to 20 minutes.

Very important, you can now reinstall the product you have purchased, but you have to do it from the download link we have sent you!
If you don't do it from the link we have sent you, the installation may fail again.
